Many of those sellers are not making profit. Take off 10% final selling fee, paypal fee & postage, and they are probably left with what they paid for the item.

Yeah I suppose you are right there, they are heavy things I cant imagine how much it costs to post!

It's not just ebayers I went into the little independent pharmacy attached to my docs Monday to get prescription and they had a big display of Xmas stuff which caught my attention ...why? Because I realised it was exactly the same stuff I picked up in the 75% off sale in jan sanctuary and the FCUK boxes and dove box sets and more they hadn't even bothered taking boots price tickets off they had just torn thru to take of the green parcel bit!!!!!! Guess they make more profit than buying stuff from wholesaler but I bet most people don't know they are buying last yrs left overs really annoyed me

    the cheek of it!

Website kept crashing at payment stage so I rang customer services and they managed to complete for me. Very nice gentleman on the phone, as it took a while we were having a little chat and he said that they have already sold 60,000 and they have been led to believe that they had in stock between 80,000 and 90,000, so might not be available on line for much longer!

Same happened to me, I rang them to check if it had gone through and they completed the sale for me, they can log in to your account to check the status. Took a while on hold though. Good luck!

My lovely boyfriend got up (and woke me up to) at 7 am to order this. He did it on his phone and managed to complete the order. However, we haven't received a confirmation email yet. In my account order history it says order processing. Should everything be ok? So excited to get this as have missed out every year and S&G is my favourite.

Edit: just got the email. Paid for next day delivery so it will be here tomorrow. Yippee! Although it's going to Santa for a few more days. :P good luck to everyone wanting one still!

I kept getting an error message on the final payment page - kept trying whenever I remembered and finally it went through - two hours later!

There definitely isnt the same excitement as there was the Year Of The Hatbox. :D I still have my hatbox, I love it. The packaging isn't as nice now.

AND the hatbox was £20 and 3 for 2! I bought 3 for £40. Makes the new set seem a bit dear.
