I've never ever seen the soap and glory offer of the week in the sale...its far too popular for them to have any left after xmas....I'm lucky my DD works for Boots and gets mine with her staff discount so i dont have to queue :-)

Totally agree.
Bring on the 75% sale. There's not likely to be much (if any) S&G left but there's usually plenty of decent stuff to be had.:j

I'm not getting the S&G OOW this year & didn't bother last year either as won't use the make up item & there's one item less than there used to be too & it's gone up the last few years from £21 to £24 to now £27. Got it the first few years they did it but not bothering for the sake of it anymore I'll just hang on for the 'real' bargains!
It's a nice bag though & the super sizes mean it's good value for all the S&G addicts out there.
Shame they don't put OOW in the 3for2 anymore.

By the way - anyone who didn't bother with the Sanctuary offer of the week a couple of weeks back - it's a good opportunity take advantage again now as it's currently got 1/3 off so £26.66 but it is included in the 3for2 too!!!!

Some stores open at 8:30, others open at 9:00... It will totally depend on which store it is you're planning on going to. If it says 9:00am online then that's when it opens... We wouldn't open earlier just for the sake of the Star Gift. And they're not all going to run out in half an hour either!

Some do open at 8, I stop at boots to get my lunch on the way to work.

Southampton above bar for those interested.

A few years ago I got there for opening time for s&g and it wasn't busy and I had no trouble getting it. They also never seem to have any in their sale.

Yes, sorry... Some stores DO open at 8am. I may have misunderstood, I thought the other person meant that someone had told them the store was opening earlier because of the Star Gift, which we wouldn't do. I'd just go at 9 either way to save having to wait out in the cold. Early in the morning should be fine to get one.

And no, we never have any left over for sale. We always sell out before the end of the week that it's on offer!

Our larger store opens at 8am too, there's generally a queue of about 20 odd people before opening for the S&G OOW.

When it comes to the 75% sale there's usually 50+ people before opening, it's all very exciting & good banter!
