recived letter not in my name?

hi,

I received a letter from caquest at my home address with but addressed to another a different name.

I have sent capquest 2 email about this is not my debt,
is there anything capuest can do to reclaim the debt which is not my deb and in a different surname? i live in Scotland.

It's not your debt, so don't worry about it.

Just return any further letters as "not known at this address".

They now have a bite, expect a lot more and a short sharp lesson in communicating with a debt collector ...
If only you had put it back in the box.
