A recommended Exterior tile paint

Options
I am decorating an exterior building that i had previously painted before about five years ago.
They had replaced the windows during that time and they have bought me back to make do and repaint.
They have tiles to the front of the house and had been prep`d and painted before by myself with stabilizing solution and finished with a brick and tile paint made by International Paints.
The finished result looked good but its looks like over the past five years it has eroded away by the weather.
This brand is supposed to be quite good but i thought the end result would last a lot longer.
The tiled area is on the front of the house which gets a lot of sun.
I was just wondering if anyone knows a better paint to try to withstand the sun and weather.(sorry to go on)
Thanks
