Payment not appearing on account

Well on Thursday night I paid for new laptop on Sainsburys website. The next day they sent me an email saying that my payment was cancelled and the money would be refunded.

On thursday night the money available on my account was reduced by the amount for the laptop. This money has still not been available for me to use. When will this be available?

it has been 3 working days! :(

    7-10 days usually.
  • OP this is the problem paying for goods using a debit card. I would never use anything else other than a credit card for a purchase like this.
    1 get S75 cover if anything goes wrong and 2 if an item is out of stock or order cancelled the earmarking of funds does not bother me.
