i bought some one direction tickets for my girls(honest!!) on saturday and the stargreen site cherged me twice and this has led to me going overdrawn resulting in an o/d usage fee of £6...stargreen will refund the ticket money in 3 days but not the fees..."we just dont do it" im told...the bank wont do it as they are saying the fault lies with stargreen "under our terms and conditions"..where do i go form here??

If it's Stargreen's fault, then clearly they should pay for their mistake.

If your finger somehow hit the 'submit' button twice, or something, then you must pay.

Either way, have far do you want to go for £6?
