MSE Forum - Double Submit

Is anyone else finding that replying to a thread causes the "wait 30 seconds" message to appear, as if clicking the Submit button has caused TWO submit actions? Chrome browser on Windows 7 Professional 32 bit. ETA: Creating this thread was OK. It's only when I REPLY to a thread I see this issue.

Firefox too when doing the earlier posts. It submits the post, but seems to then try and do it again (even when pressing "post Quick Reply" button once, therefore giving the wait 30 seconds message.
