Santander online banking ( annoying Rapport ad )

Happy with Santander online banking apart from the annoying message about downloading Rapport software every time you log on.

Have read many horror stories about Rapport wrecking systems, and anyway I am happy with my own anti-virus set up.

Is there any way of preventing the Rapport message coming up ?

If you've ticked the 'remember my ID' box, then once the page loads (with the Rapport ad in full view), just hit return/enter on your keyboard and it'll go straight to the next page.

Even though I've got Rapport (never the slightest problem BTW) I had a spate of getting the ad a week or so back

It's not there now.

Rapport isn't to do with viruses as such but with ID
