Morning,
TTFTM - I used to work with someone like that, thankfully she left and went elsewhere to make their lives a misery! I hope your DH finds something soon.
Chucking buckets here at the moment although I've looked at the forecast and it's supposed to stop this morning.
I did a chicken in the slow cooker yesterday and so will have the leftovers with something tonight for tea.
Picked up a reserved book at the library yesterday so may find myself reading that today.
Have a good day everyone.0 -

Morning All
Dank and grey here, I was going to pootle down to the market, but I think that I will stay in the dry, my knees are bad still anyway, so I don't want to push my luck.
DS is at college and DD is at work so I have a few hours peace and quiet
Shopping tomorrow and I have to put a prescription in for next week.
Apart from that pretty mundane here.
((((((Hugs)))))) to all the poorlies, Hester I hope that you are not doing too much, just let the others carry the load for a while.

Morning all,
It's wet here as well, but does seem to be clearing up.
hugs for the fed ups and poorlies, TTFTM some people given a little bit of power are a nightmare, hope things settle for your dh.
No dinner to cook for tonight as we've been invited to ds2 and gf, she is a fab cook think she's doing lasagne yumm.
My dd OS staying tonight, she is at a friends for tea just round the corner so it's easier as DGS is with his dad on Wednesday. Yesterday when she got home two ladies where peering through the lounge window, the house has been put up for re rental and they thought it was empty. Hopefully this is an indication it will rent quickly and she can move back home. The sooner she does the sooner she can begin saving for her own home.
I'm having a bit of a rethink about myself at the moment. I've always been curvy a size 16 with big boobs and spent the last twenty years trying various diets I lose some put it back on etc but always come back to my current size. I've decided I'm going to embrace my curves and make the most if what I've got. ( my hubby is always telling me he loves me just the way I am )I'm still going to try and eat healthy most of the time but I'm going to relax about it. I don't have any problems with blood pressure or cholesterol. Life's too short to be so obsessed with my weight. I'm going to have a rethink about what I wear and this includes having my hair cut and stopping hiding behind it. Thanks to be BB I'm inspired:D
Got the paint for Oscars room yesterday so that's what we are doing Saturday.
Off to do another wash and get it on the maiden, have a good day xStarted Self Managed DMP 10th May 2017.

Morning everyone
Muggy here today and dullity dull but least it's dry
Parents have gone back home so time to catch up on some chores etc
Go to take some shirts back to Mr S as H has changed his mind about them.
No much else going on.
Stupid question about SC. I saw on FB someone using theirs to bake bread in it. I was under impression SC were to be used with liquid in them so the pot doesn't crack. Am I talking jive?
Hugs and spoons all round xxx
Julie I like the attitude:T

Hairy Hooligans have gone home now.:( I don't have any more bookings currently, but hope for something soon. We haven't even been paid for having Bailey & Cassie - the poor franchisee has had a major computer problem, resulting in having to have the operating system re-installed from scratch. As it's an old os (Vista) there are gazillions of updates to re-install, and it apparently won't let him do anything whatsoever til they're complete. Poor chap's tearing his hair out! He was so apologetic about failing to pay us on time - but I've told him not to worry, I know he won't leave the country for that little sum.:D What's worse is he can't access his records and match dogs with hosts til the computer is ready to play again; but he's said he'll certainly have someone for us to look after soon.:oIf your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0

(Spitting Feathers smilie) I had a female boss, whilst lovely in many ways, who made mountains out of molehills on many occasions in the office over things that were not wildly important. My pension lump sum has not reached my bank, so I phoned Pensions and HR today to find she did not reply to an email she was sent months ago to confirm my retirement date to HR!
Sorry had to get that off my chest.
TTFTM - hope OH finds somewhere else to work, she sounds like a walking disaster!
HH - small steps please, it is not a race to be back full-time.
Julie 67 - "I've always been curvy a size 16 with big boobs " sounds perfect to me
Absolutely lashing rain here to match my mood, despite a lovely lunch with my OH.
Have a good day everyone :beer:0
