Late deals on Haven

Hi there
Unfortunately me and my husband both work in schools and have to take time off in the school holidays.

It was suggested to me that we booked a late deal on haven.

I noticed that yesterday the deals came online for the summer holidays, however i am still looking at around £400-450 for 4 nights around the 24th July. Does anyone know if these prices will come down anymore? Its only showing a saving of £20 or so!

Im worried that if i dont book it soon they will all sell out as they say "hurry only 4 left" etc...or is this purely a marketing ploy?

Am currently saving tesco points for next year!

Any advice is gratefully recieved!

Thanks

Louise

I'm also looking to book a late deal with Haven for 2nd week in July. Am also wandering if the prices fall much as the dates get closer. I do think the "hurry only X left" is a marketing ploy as been looking for the last two weeks and some parks availabilty remains the same.

My wife wants to go back to Blue Dophin park as she went there as a kid.

Does anyone have any feedback good or bad about this park as there are sites closer to home we haven' tried.

Thanks for any help in advance.

With Haven it is best to book the year before. I have just booked for August half board at Caister for under £200 for 6 people. I will try and find tjhe link for you. But the prices should come down further. If ou dont mind which Haven site you go to you will be able to get a reall good deal around two weeks befor you go on the late deals.

  • Any reason why my posts have been removed? I was only responding to questions that various other members have made and yet it seems other posts with links in by other members have not been removed?

My web site (which I won't mention again) ranks higher than this web site for the search keyphrases I am using anyway so it doesn't matter - the point is I was trying to be helpful!
