I had my iphone for 9 months and I need to buy another cable as the bit under the jack becomes weak and only can charge my phone at weird angles.
Once I get a new cable, how do I prevent the weak point?

By not pulling the cable, or wrapping it up tightly or forcing it into sharp angles.
When disconnecting the phone from the cable, pull the connector, not the cable.1. Have you tried to Google the answer?

It is rubbish. It's so weak! You have to be especially careful with it. It has a chip in the wire to prevent outside companies making unauthorised iphone chargers, but it makes it weak.
I got my cable replaced free of charge by Apple! Just go in store and say your charger has stopped working properly.0 -

cheap iphone 5 cables have been around for ages, that chip was cracked last year. Can get them in the pound shopMansion TV. Avoid at all cost's :j0
