Hi just need a bit of advice in early 2008 i got in real trouble with my money and nationwide i was made redundant and ended up getting a lot lower paid job than what i had previously had. I started missing payments on a regular basis and was racking up charge after charge roughly 8 or 9 a month for about 18 months till i got a better paid job and was able to set up a repayment plan with them. I was unwilling to try and claim while i was paying them back was worried they would mess around with my repayments. Now thou i am complety debt free and want to claim back if i can or should i have been doing this back in 2009 after i got the better paid job??
Thanks
Thanks

I'm sure we would all like to claim back any and all money we ever spent on anything, not just bank charges, if we could.
So on what basis do you think you could reclaim the bank charges you incurred???0
