Wizz Air, absolute rubbish

Just had to have a rant about this useless airline. They are the cheapest airline flying to Bucharest, so being a MSE booked with them. I was flying back Fri 8th June, and my parents on Sun 10th. They emailed me 3 times, once while I was actually in Romania, to tell me that my flight details had been changed. I checked and doubled checked, but not once had the details actually changed.
Then I was delayed on the flight back. Now, I know this is not their fault, although that is debatable IMO, but we were left queuing for 2 hours with absolutely NO information about what was going on. We were moved to 3 different dep gates, which we only knew about because of the signs above the gate, not because anyone told us.
I thought that was quite bad, but par for the course when flying. Then on Sunday my parents were boarded on to the coach to go to the plane. This is at the dep gate, they thought that the bus was taking them to the plane. Then the coach drove them round the airport for 1/2 hr in 30 degree heat, and dropped them back at arrivals! Again, this is due to confusion on the airports part, but when they got back to airport there was nobody from Wizz Air to tell them what to do. They had to call the call centre to try and find out. They were there for 12 hours, with extremely limited information.
This is my main gripe with them, the delays and airport organisation are out of their control, but the treatment of their passengers was unbelievable. They treated us like a herd of cattle. Unfortunately the only other people that go there are BA at twice the price. By all means, go with Wizz, but don't expect to be treated like a human being.
