Hi,
I've just been told that my claim is unsuccessful as my PPI policy was part of my mortgage. To get a preferential rate, I had to take out the PPI. Has anyone else come across this?

Yes and it is acceptable. Firms are allowed to insist on mortgage as part of a packaged deal to get special terms.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0
