Credit Card Application Details - homeowner?

Hi All
Bit of background first - I'm paying off a fair bit of credit card debt across a few cards. Getting there, but following various balance transfers I've two cards I'm now paying interest on so I'm looking to move the debt from at least one onto a new card.
About 5mths ago I moved house - now renting a property, and renting out the place I own. So, I don't own the property I live in, but am a homeowner.
When asked on application forms whether I rent / own etc, should I put 'homeowner / own home', even though I don't own the address in my application?
Also, I started a new job about 3mths ago - could that impact the likelihood of my application being accepted? Obvs keen to avoid any rejections if possible, even if it means paying more interest in the meantime

on the application you will be saying you own the property you are living in.
technically fraud, though also technically all you have done is tell the truth - how the form is interpreted is out of your control Unless there is a section you can tell them 'more info'.
Thats how I argued it to myself when I did the same thing being in the same situation.
It worked out for me - shifted debt to 0%
This is not advice to do the same!CHALLENGES MAR'14:
