Hi, I also work for a chocolate fountain company! - hence the 2 kilos of choc!!!!
Chocolate fountain is a humoungous bowl of melted chocolate which has a fountain set into the middle of it, the chocolate is sucked up a hollow pipe by a motor and then spills over metal tiers back into the bowl - just like a water fountain!

You sell these? Who buys them? I am confused

I dont sell them - the catering company I work for owns some and then we set them up at events - very popular for weddings. However, they are thinking about making a mini chocolate fountain to sell in the shops, its very popular in America apparently!
Trust me though, eight hours stood next to a choc fountain, smelling chocolate and watching people eat it is the best diet aid ever - you'll want to go home and munch on some raw veg by the end of the day!
    :D
NB. have come up with an idea for all the choc stuff am going to make using recipes - have asked loads of friends if they would like to swop a grocery item or two (not chocolate!!) for a stash of homemade choc cakes - that way I get to stock up my store cupboard for free and I become very popular too!!
I've made my debts bite-size too depressing to look at all at once so am handling them one at a time - first up Graduate Loan £1720 paid off! only £280 to go!!!
Money to raise for tuition fees: £3000
