As someone that works in a call centre, the staff turnover is ridiculously high, no one is willing to stick around at the job, most people only last a few weeks then move on meaning more money and time is spent training almost a production line of workers.
Work is being outsourced because their just aren't enough committed, dedicated people that stick at the jobs in the UK. There's around 40 people in my centre, and at least 5 per week resign.
