Hi all,

I wonder if anyone could advise.....

I took an Egg credit card in November 2001 which I cleared a few years ago. I couldn't remember if I'd taken PPI or not so I called them up last year and was told 'I hadn't taken PPI'

I decided to try again this year in writing and have received a letter say 'that I chosen to take PPI when I applied online'

I am not sure what to do next - Should I request DSIR?

Any advise would be much appreciated, I am at my wits end with this company!:mad:

Probably be better posting this in the reclaim PPI section of the forum.

However if you are not sure whether you had PPI then I would do a subject access request to start with.
