Anyone else having problems getting through to VW Finance ?
I have been trying to contact them by phone throughout the whole of Seotember with no success.

Try these numbers
0870 900 6040
0845 309 0100
01908 4850000 -
Thanks Jamie, I tried all three but am still getting the same outcomes on each one, ie that they are experiencing high volume etc etc.
I wish I had logged all my calls in September but I am sure my phone bill detail will show these attempts quite clearly!
I have now tried all their options including the one where you speak to a receptionist who takes details for them to call you back.
I got through to the receptionists on two different days. The first time they said someone would call me back the next day in the evening. I came home from work to an answerphone message to a call logged at 3.30pm...
The second time the receptionist told me they did not work evenings at all, so I arranged for a daytime call which did not happen.
I'll still keep trying, though, and hope to speak to someone today. The end of agreement balloon payment is due on Thursday, I just want to pay it from a different bank account (and to see what options they are offering to finance it as they said in their letter this would also be available and to ring them for details.)
I have also tried to get through to their direct card payment option but it is just a music recording.
I had a call today from their customer satisfaction survey, they could not take any information from me for the survey as the survey was for people who had got through and spoken to someone!!
Apparently VW are aware of the problems. Which is some consolation.“All shall be well, and all shall be well and all manner of thing shall be well.”0 -
As it's something of a time sensitive nature, you could try the social media route and have a whine on VWs Twitter or Facebook page. It may get you a faster call back.0

I've heard that it's easier to get through via the Audi Finance number - 0870 010 2007.0

If you have access to the customer website there are quite a few contact and update options and they seem pretty quick to respond to them. I requested they change my Direct Debit day a couple of months ago and within 2 hours I'd had the reply to say it was all done.0
