Where can I get an AUDI A4 Single DIN Head Unit Adapter?

Hello all,

I am hoping someone out there can help. My husband has a W Reg Audi A4 with a double DIN Symphony head unit that will not play cd's. We have a spare working single DIN head unit (from my old car) so we thought it would be moneysaving to re-use that. Unfortunately, we can't find an adapter to allow us to fit the single DIN head unit in a double DIN hole. They do sell them in America but can't find a company that sends them over here (and we assume that would cost lots too). Does anyone have any ideas as to where we cold possibly get hold of one of these adapters?
