Dunno. Maybe a combination of posts and how long you've been an MSE forum member, cos I can definitely post 'em and my post count is lower than 200. what is it that some people can't PM? Why is that? What do you have to do to qualify for PMing?

I entered an embed code and got the same warning message as you after pressing preview. so if you enter the wrong thing into the http box you're in trouble.
