How long does it take to issue final bill?

I started a new home phone & broadband contract with Talk Talk start of Sept - was out of contract with BT.
At the time they sent a letter advising me my final bill would be over £170 (incorrectly advised I may add, as they had added BT Sport to my account without my permission, I have since received confirmation that this has been removed from my account and so therefore will not be charged for this).
I've received nothing else from them since, however, I would assume there would be some sort of final bill? Normal DD date has now passed with nothing taken.
I'm not complaining, theyve taken enough off me in the last few months lol, but I'm trying to organise my payments for the month so would like to know if anyone has had experience of this before?

The final bill is normally sent within 4 weeks of your BT account being cancelled.
