Other peoples credit history on voters rolls

Good morning all
I just wondered if banks/lenders take note of other peoples credit history at an address when making a decision on lending?
I am selling my house and moving in with the in-laws for a while to put the finishing touches to the deposit saving fund. I am not certain but I have a feeling their credit history is pretty poor and I am concerned that registering on their voters role may affect me when making any further credit applications ie mortgages.
My father has said I can put us down on the VR at his address instead if I like but just wondered whether there is any point and I should just register at the in-laws address instead?
Many thanks.

Only people that you are linked to financially appear on any credit searches done on you - so when your future lender comes to do a search on you only your credit history (and your OH's if you are financially linked) will be shown.0

Thanks for this. Yes me and the OH are linked by bank accounts.
I just wasn't sure if the "blacklist" still applies but didnt want anything other than my own circumstances to affect a mortgage application.
So if we should be ok to list us on their voters role I will do that instead of on my Dad's.0 -
Sorry one more thing, obviously they will be shown in the section of people registered to "current" on the voters role there but if they had any CCJ's it wouldnt show on a search done under my name? I.e. of CCJs registered at the address.0

CCJ is for a person, not for an address.
