    you are not even close to stretching yourself

    if you can afford to buy your ideal house, lease 2 cars, pay all you bills and pay for food and still have £1k a month left to spend you are very well off

    1 in 5 UK house holds are classed as being in fuel poverty, this means it's a struggle to find enough money to heat their homes.

    The majority of households are lucky to have more than £100 left for the month after meeting all their basic needs, and that doesn't include leasing 2 cars

    totally agree,
    £100 left after everythings been accounted for is a lot for some home owners

    Reading this post is heart warming and really brings home just how worthy a scheme HTB really is. Great to see that in these austere times Dave and the boys have bought in HTB to look after the poor and needy and ensure that their aspirations are not trashed. What next government funded air travel for the aristocracy to jet off around the world to watch international polo matches or maybe government grants to enable investment bankers to buy discounted super yachts. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
