exchange rate dilemma

Dear All,
I have to send 51000CHF to my sister who lent the money so we can put the deposit down for our first home.
We now have the money from our matured ISA and want to send it back to her.
Obviously Natwest does not have the best exchange rates, how can I exchange that much money somewhere else without actually have the cash? Is it actually possible? Do I have to have a CHF bank account here in the UK?
Many thanks for your help in advance.

just use a FX broker like currencyfair.com - there are others. A search on here should turn up similar threads. The questions that get the best answers are the questions that give most detail....0
