    Ah, so you're not an electrician!

    Well if you have good, registered sparks who can give you all the paperwork for £150 a day, then I'd hang on to him/her :)

    Running new cabling isn't a big job - it's the testing 10 + circuits, fault finding and remedial works that take the time. But I think I'll shut up now
