PPI Reclaim and Direct Line

Options
Hi

I am looking for a bit of advice/direction.

I had a Direct Line Loan which I took out on line via Direct Line Financial Services. I paid off the loan in July 2006 before DL's Financial Services were transferred to RBS. although it was part of the RBS at the time.

I have found my old loan account number and I think I paid PPI which I did not need. Can anyone tell me how I would start a reclaim, would it be contacting Direct Line or do I go to RBS.

Direct Line Financial Services no longer exist so is it DL or RBS that I go to?

Thanks

If it was sold prior to 2005 I don't think they were regulated. Try it anyway. You complain to Direct Line.
