BT REFUSING To Pay

So despite the fact that I have paid BT a total of £550, they are refusing to either refund this or pay it to the landlord. I have also been charged a £50 admin fee by the landlord which I have told BT to refund me too. If they had just paid back in the first place there wouldn't even be a problem!

I don't want to sound petty, but this is taking a stupid amount of time to sort out and I suspect will now move my phoneline away from BT when my contract is up.

If you've been paying the landlord, you need to get your money back from him. Otherwise, I don't really understand why BT owes your landlord anything.

    BT have the money!
  • If you are looking for advice you are going to have to give us more details!
  • I imagine the OP has paid their rent to BT rather than their landlord and now BT aren't giving it back fast enough.

What money? What have you paid BT £550 for, and why do you think they should give it back to either yourself or your landlord?

At the moment, none of us has a clue what you are on about.
    If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.
