Ending Motability scheme - Will I get refunded?

Hi All

I recieved my DLA on the 3rd September, and payment was made to Motability, even though my contract was ending on the 9th September and I gave the car back. Does anyone know if I will get part payment back as I only had the car a week after payment before giving it back??

Sorry im a little confused,you received DLA payment 3rd sept and contract ended 9th sept,you had car one week? motability will not give a car unless you have at least one years HRM left.Sorry if I misunderstood.

Think I understand now THE MONTHLY PAYMENT was made and you returned car a week later,not sure if payments are made in advance but if they are you should get refund plus a "good condition" payment if car is returned in good order.

I receieved the good condition bonus back within 7 days. Just been given my MRC allowance but no HRM allowance and its been 4 weeks without a motability vehicle now.
