It must be your own mix and must include Angostura Rum. This competition is for amateur cocktail enthusiasts, no professionals allowed!
6 finalists will be invited – travel and entry included – to RumFest at the ExCel Arena on Saturday 12th October where they will have to present two glasses of their cocktail within a 4 minute time limit.0
