Hi
Does anyone know when bt and virgin added into their terms and conditions that they could " share your personal data" aka report to credit files.
I've just found defaults from 2009 and 2011 which started in 2008 and 2010 but I don't recall anything in what they sent me saying they could share personal data to cra?
Having done an online search there seem to be lots of posts about it but no answers

Virgin may of been under NTL , but it was in there all the way through.Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
