By entering these free prize draws or any one of them (each one a “Prize Draw” and together the “Prize Draws”) you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. The Prize Draws are open to residents of the UK and Eire aged 16 or over, except for employees of the Arcadia Group and Bhs Limited, their families, agencies or anyone else associated with these Prize Draws. If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain consent from your parent/guardian to enter the Prize Draws. By entering into the Prize Draws you confirm that you have this consent. Each entrant must be a registered user on Facebook or register with Facebook in order to enter the Prize Draw.
3. To enter a Prize Draw you must download the Wishlist app at https://www.missselfridge.com/wishlist, fill in your details, pick your favourite Miss Selfridge items and share them on your Facebook wall. Each Prize Draw will open at 00:00:01 GMT every Friday from 1st November 2013 and close at 23:59:59 the following Friday (the “Closing Date”) until 29 November 2013 inclusive (the “Prize Draw Period”). There will be 4 Prize Draws during the Prize Draw Period. Only one entry per person. Miss Selfridge does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted. Any entries made by a person found to be using multiple Facebook accounts to enter the Prize Draw will be ineligible. Any person found to be sending multiple entries to the Prize Draw in a single day will be ineligible.
4. By entering a Prize Draw, you agree that your details including your email address may be used to keep you informed about Miss Selfridge promotions, products and news. Miss Selfridge complies with the standard procedures laid down in the UK Data Protection Act to ensure that the personal information you give us is kept secure and processed fairly and lawfully. We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes unless you have given us permission to do so. 5. The winner of each Prize Draw will be the first entry drawn at random from all valid entries received from that Prize Draw on the Monday following the relevant Prize Draw (“the Draw Date”). Each winner will be notified by email by no later than 7 days after the applicable Draw Date. Miss Selfridge’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. There will only be 4 winners.
6. There are 4 prizes (each one a “Prize”) each Prize consisting of a £500 Miss Selfridge gift card which can be used in store or online. Gift card terms and conditions apply.
7. If the Prize is not claimed within 14 days of the winner being notified, Miss Selfridge reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternative winner.
8. Prize is non transferable, non refundable and non negotiable. There is no cash alternative. Miss Selfridge reserves the right to substitute the Prize for one of its choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original prize in the event of circumstances outside of its control.
9. By entering the Prize Draw the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Miss Selfridge may require.
10. Winner’s details will be available for 14 days after the draw by sending a SAE to Win a Wishlist, Miss Selfridge Marketing at 70 Berners Street, London, W1T 3NL.
11. Miss Selfridge reserves the right to (i) cancel this Prize Draw, (ii) cancel or refuse any individual’s entry and (iii) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavors to notify changes to entrants and potential entrants). These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the case of a dispute.
