Can anyone explain why photo hasnt appeared in Gallery??

I listed an auction recently and then used turbo lister to re-list exactly the same auction as I have two of this item... They looked fine and then I decided to change the duration of the auction so went into each of them to change them...

They still look fine...

I've just checked in 'my ebay' and one of the items has 2 bids and the other has none and as they are identical items right next to each other I wondered why the other bidder didnt bid on the lower priced item and save themselves a few quid and clicked on the auction, still looked fine...

Then I decided to do a search and see where they appeared in the listings, I assumed they were together but wondered if something had happened to them. Anyway, when you look at the listings one of the items has a picture and the other just has a square which says 'click here to see the picture' and no picture is displayed - needless to say this is the one which isn't being bid on!! I'm quite cross as it could mean that I could miss out on this auction as it was only a one day listing so i've missed about half of it :mad:

I'm assuming its given me that message as the file size is too big or something but why display one of them and not the other? I used the first one as the template (that it doesnt appear in) and its appears on the second one!!

Am trying to work out a way to fix it at the mo but am pretty cross..... :eek:

I've managed to change it but i'm really cross, i have only got an hour left til there are only 12 hours left on the auction so couldnt have changed the listing!! What is ebay playing at?? :mad:

anyone? should i bother taking this up with ebay? the items sold in the end at an okay price in the end but its not completely clear to me why this happened??

sorry rachie cant help you with this one, but i have noticed a few listings with grey boxs like the one you had saying click for picturs. hadnt seen them before yesterday though.
