Just wondering when you get an offer on your house what questions would you ask the EA about he offer ?

Such as,

Are they FTB's
If not have they sold their property
How long is the chain that they are in
Have they a morgage offer for this property

Any thing else ?
My mind tends to wander............If found please return;)

That's about it for the really important stuff.

Wehn they anticipate moving is a good question; mainly to work out if they're realistic about it. Three months is average, but my average is a lot less when there isn't a chain and a lot more when there is!
