Credit limit before applying

I want to get a new credit card on 0% purchase as I have big purchase to make. I have a good credit rating.
On browsing all the info I can't seem to find what amount I would be able to have as a credit limit on any of the cards without applying and I don't want to apply for one and then find out I can't borrow enough on that card and then have to apply for another and so on..
Any ideas where I can find this information?
Thanks

There is no issue so small that it can't be blown out of proportion

Don't know of this helps but barclaycard are quite generous and have 0% for 6 months plus 27 months balance transfer at 0%.0

There's no way of knowing until you apply and your application is underwritten.0

you cant, until you apply, there isn't a sure fire way of knowing what credit limit you will get.
you could make a guess based on your circumstances, the likelihood of you getting a limit you require.
or apply for cards that usually give you biggest limits, Barclaycard and MBMA are often generous with their credit limits0 -
Nationwide has 6 months 0% to new customers. The soft search will tell you the limit you will get before they hard search you.If you are an existing customer I think you can get 12 months.0
