- Judged effort:
Round on the basis of who, in the sole and absolute discretion of the judges, has provided the response that is the most original, creative, imaginative, persuasive and relevant to the ASOS brand as to why they should spend NYE 2013 Chasing the Dawn with ASOS. The marking criteria will be weighted as follows: originality 25%; creativity 25%; imagination 25%; persuasion 15%; and relevance to the ASOS brand 10%.

Prize

Each winner will be permitted to select another person to accompany him/her on the prize trip (each, a “chosen friend”) (provided their chosen friend is over 18 years old and complies with these terms and conditions). The chosen friend must also reside in the same country and must fly from and return to the same international airport as the winner.

Each winner and his/her chosen friend shall receive:
1 x economy airplane ticket (including airport transfers to the departure airport and taxes) on a commercial airline carrier from a major commercial airport in the winner’s country of residence (as specified in his/her entry form) (airport and commercial airline to be determined by ASOS) to Miami International Airport, FL ;

p to 2 x nights’ accommodation in one standard double occupancy room (room, breakfast and related taxes only) in Miami depending on the date on which the winner and chosen friend arrive in Miami (transfers from the arrival airport to the hotel in Miami will also be included);
Party experience in Miami on 30th December 2013 including all meals and selected drinks (all subsidies including travel to the party location in Miami which are not expressly included in the prize shall be at the winner and chosen friend’s own cost);
1 x flight (including airport transfers and taxes) on a private jet from an international airport in Miami to an international airport in Mexico (airports to be determined by ASOS);
3 x nights’ accommodation in one standard double occupancy room (room and related taxes only) in Tulum from arrival on 31 December 2013 until 3rd January 2014 (transfers from the arrival airport to the hotel in Tulum will also be included);
1 x VIP ticket to the Young Turks Festival at Caleta Tankah, Tulum, Mexico on 31 December 2013 which shall include food and selected drinks (all subsidies not included in the prize, shall be at the winner and friend’s own cost), access to the VIP area and entry to all exclusive VIP parties at the festival;
Transport to the Young Turks Festival on 31 December 2013 / 01 January 2014 and back to the hotel;
1 x economy airplane ticket (including airport transfers and taxes) on a commercial airline carrier from an international airport in Mexico back to the winner’s country of residence (as specified in his/her entry form) (airports to be determined by ASOS); and
£1500.00 (1778.50 EUR approx. retail value based on the XE conversion rate at 23 September 2013) of spending money to be used on the trip. The spending money will be given to the winner in advance of the trip by way of bank transfer but shall be shared between the winner and their chosen friend during the trip. Winners resident in Metropolitan France will not be eligible for the cash prize but will be awarded with an amount equivalent to the cash prize by way of ASOS Gift Vouchers (the voucher amount will be split between the winner and their chosen friend and will be subject to certain terms and conditions to be communicated to the winner). Winners in Russia shall be required to execute such documents as the Promoter may reasonably request to facilitate the cash transfer of any cash prize to a Russian bank as necessary. The precise amount may vary based on fluctuations in currency exchange rates.

Outbound flights will be on or around 28 / 29 December 2013. Return flights will be on or around 3rd January 2014. Please note that specific dates and timings are subject to change and shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of ASOS (but will not substantially impact the prize as a whole), and the winner will be notified of such dates and times by ASOS in advance. Save as expressly included in paragraph [17], the prize does not include, and the winner and their chosen friend are responsible for: federal, state, provincial and local taxes on prize, transfers, meals, drinks, insurance, taxes, visas, immunisations, accommodation, personal expenditure. Any other costs or expenses associated with prize acceptance and use that are not expressly included in the prize, are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winners. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against the additional costs incurred in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

I love the look of the prize - just not sure about the answer for q3. Amnesia Miami closed last year I believe. There is a space nightclub but it's not the same as the one in Ibiza - so confusing!
