Urgent Advice needed today

I started an IVA 9 months ago I have received a letter today from my IVA company saying they have reviewed by IVA and they have noted that I haven't signed or sent back the RX1 Form . Apparently it enables them to register a restriction on my property , there saying it was a condition of the IVA and I agreed to it .

They are saying if I don't sign in the next 7 days the IVA will be terminated

I am fine with it I think
Just checking that it is ok to sign ?

an RX1 is a term of the IVA and should have been signed prior to entering the IVA.

Thankyou seems like the IVA company made a mistake and didn't send it to me at the time of the start of IVA and just realised there mistake therefore desperate for me to send it back

Yes that does seem to be the case unfortunatley, i agree keep a note of it and then post it to them
