parcelforce website tracking problem

Just wondered if anyone else had recently posted via PF and tried to track their item, my box went off on Thursday 48hr service and is still static ,the same message on Friday status " in progress" and the message "at national hub" .
Their site was down last night but still no further progress/movement of parcel, anyone know the reason or having same issues? I have emailed customer service at PF asking if their computerised system has a problem but no response so far.

Sometimes parcels just don't get scanned. It's not that uncommon.0

I think you are right , some tracking details were absent, it went from central hub sort to delivery/ signature it usually says at which depot it has arrived at and that it is with driver out for delivery, those increments where absent but it did arrive on the day it was supposed to , alls well that ends well! But customer service didnt actually answer my email query maybe I am in a queue that is 2 days long!NB...People online who are here asking advice for "my friend" they really mean "myself" :eek:0
