Laminate edging???

Hi,
I know that on a normal straight edge you'd either use an edging strip or hide in under the skirting board (if that's possible) but what do you do when it comes to a door way and the architrave?
Do you just leave the edge open and bare or is there some way of covering up that too?
Thanks.

No idea if these particular ones are any good, but you are looking for a laminate flooring door bar.0 -
loads more different types available too, if you're transitioning to carpet, tile, etc etc

sorry, cust re read your post - what you do is cut the bottom off the architrave so the laminate does under it - like this (pic 2)....

You can buy a tool from amazon for under a fiver that will be easier to use than a crosscut saw - like this....
