I don't know where this came from but there is a way to get Roboform for less than the asking price by signing up with one of the companies from TrialPay.

If anyone does join and gets Roboform for free please post to let other MSE's know.

I don't ever recall paying for roboform and certainly would never pay £19.99 for it;)
I still get the password options still aswell after all this time.

Has anyone persuaded Roboform to fill in the forms with "House Number" and "Street" in separate boxes?

After using Roboform for several months, I just decided to invest. Used a Nationwide Debit card, and it cost £14.76 ~ 29.99$ ~ so I am well chuffed. Well worth the money.
Dengolby, set up the number of your address in one box, and the road in the other ~ works fine for me.
The problem with the free version is that you are only allowed 10 passwords, which is fine, so long as you use the same log in for all. My daughter uses my computer, and with the bought version, it means that we can use it between us.

    Hi
can someone explain roboform to me? Is it free?
I'm a bit scared of downloading things.
I don't want it to remember my password, just my address etc.
    Is it free?
    thanks:money:

With Roboform, you set yourself a Master password to be able to use roboform. This password cannot be retrieved if you loose it. But it also protects any other you use. Whatever you do do not use the same password that you use for banking/important sites you use. Create a different one for comping sites.
Even though I have been using Roboform for a while, I still do not use it for banking passwords.

If you put house number in line 1
Street name in line 2 it will work.

However, as you have found out some forms ask for first line of address which includes house number and street name. Roboform will only input what you have in those fields so choice is one or the other unfortunately. Set up two accounts?

I think I will carry on cutting and pasting. It's only a minor irritation

Roboform is great and you can also get "RoboForm2Go" that alows you to put the data on a pen drive that you can take to any computer, although I would recomend encryping it in some way first.

    http://www.roboform.com/pass2go.html

I also use a program called "typeitin" for repeated form filling, it lets you make macros and they are stored in buttons.
