Over the weekend just gone I went through all 130 pages of this forum and entered everything I was interested in!!!
Thank god for Roboform!!We took on Mr T and we won:D

Crikey!!! All 130 pages?? Yeah you deserve some big wins for that amount of effort!
After two weeks of entering comps I fell home very late one night and woke up in the morning thinking "I'm sure I picked a parcel up on the way in" and sure enough my first win had arrived!
I have a niece who lives far from me so I often send little bits and pieces because I KNOW nothing is more exciting than an unexpected parcel!:T Thanks to all who post on here :T

Yep every 130 pages!!
Went through and did it per category.
Looked for all electronics then Hols, then so on. Found it easier to see what I was looking for by doing it that way.
Think I went through the 130 pages 5 times!!!We took on Mr T and we won:D

Took a couple of months before i started winning, but now i seem to win a few things every month - nothing big yet, but all wins have been better than nothing and we get so excited, even if its just a cable grip!!!0

On a different tack, I would like to see a "thanks, but no thanks" button. One for all those comps you don't want to enter but want to thank the poster for the effort they put into posting it. Like all those Big Brother-related ones :mad:

About a month I reckon. Have spent quite a few hours going through the forums. My technique is to remember where I was (going backwards in time, currently 25/07) and always go back there to do new comps and then move forwards in time. However once a week I catch up to date with any comps posted since then that are due to end before my next catch-up, ignoring any comps that don't fall into that period. Oh dear, I don't think I've explained that very well.
Another time perhaps!
Got my 2 prizes so far (see .sig below) within a few days of each other. Many more to come hopefully.
P.S. Very well done to the non-smoker who recently became so! :T :T It took me about 3 years to stop the evil thing for good and I have never looked back since!

I'm stuck at home recovering from 2 dislocated knees so comps are helping keep me sane too! (if only my dog was so easily entertained tho
)
I'm hoping that the extra time I'm spending on entering them will mean I actually win something for a change!!
Two discloated knees sounds really painful, I hope things improve soon. Maybe there are quite a few of us on the forum in the same situation. Maybe I'll have to look out for some competitions with medical related prizes.
As for the dog I'm too. Maybe we can find a "win a dog sitter for a week" competition.I probably enter around 20 a day, call that addictive or obsession is neither here or there to me.

Can anyone remember a comp in the forum where you had to submit a photo of a wind turbine? I can't remember what the prize was and I can't find the comp by searching grrrrr. I think it ends at the end of August so should still be listed somewhere, but I can't find it :mad: I suppose I have to own up now to having stopped while off on me hols and taking a photo of the wind turbines

Cant say I remember one but if its not been a prize I wanted to win I wont have entered it or taken much notice, likewise if its a photo comp I dont tend to enter them so wont remember as well as others
