Just a quickie please.
Bought a computer (£900) postage £18.00
Arrived not working.
Seller great about it and offered to pay return postage.
Got a quote from Parcels to go for £18 but that is without insurance, £73.76 with!!!
Seller now offers to arrange collection at his cost.
How do i make sure this is safe for my refund from PayPal?

Try interparcel.com. You can add the extra insurance on at the end and it is more like £5 extra not as much as you have had a quote for.0

Personally I would not use an agent as if there is any issue it is doubly difficult getting compensation.
Is the computer still worth £900 if it is broken?
Ask the seller to pay if it is.0
