Hey everyone
Well I managed to do a food shop yesterday as baba had improved but then he deteriorated again in the evening.
Still didn't spend from this budget.
My sister came for tea last night but was a bit of a nightmare as had to take little man to the out of hours GP. So she's coming back tonight and I needed more peppers. But that was my only spend today from grocery budget. Made stuffed peppers that were gorgeous. Completely made up recipe but lush.
Hey Verityemilia
Welcome back, hope you've been keeping well.SPC 18 Target £200 /0 -

Amazingly he is much better today. Thank you. Apart from cutting his first two teeth, he also had a virus. Bless him. Hoping his night sleeping now improves again.
Congrats on the big contract and your weight loss. :T
Well NSD from this budget. So looking like it'll be a good green this week. Will post final total tomorrow just in case I have a sneaky spend tomorrow.

Hi all,
I was red again this week ... But I have just paid off my overdraft!just set up a regular saver with some of the money I was using to pay it down!
Thanks ETO, and everyone else, for your support! Will still be here though - next goal is £1,000 in an ISA by the end of the tax year!0 -
I did really well at not spending any non-budgeted money from Sunday to Thursday.....night out last night took me into the red - but it could have been so much worse. And I think we were overcharged for our drinks at the theatre....£59.92 for 6 glasses of wine and 2 cans of pepsi . That was between 4 of us.....I've checked the receipt properly today and it looks like we were charged £8 each for 5 of the glasses of wine but one of them is £24 :eek: Probably too late to go back and sort it out though - should've paid more attention last night
Anyway, the night out was fab - lovely meal and Ghost was fantastic :T
Big long story to say that I'm at £75 / £70SPC Member #112 :A Save £2k in 2014 # 160 :money:0 -

Ouch..... It really frustrates me that they can get away with charging whatever they like. Obviously not £24 that's just disgusting if that's what happened. But glad you had a good night. And not over by too much.SPC 18 Target £200 /0 -
