About to apply for a mortgage - many addresses

Hi all,

I am due to apply for a mortgage soon, and although my mortgage in principle is fine, I'm concerned there may be issues later due to the number of addresses I've had. However, the majority of my banking information is at one address - I am hoping this will help. In brief:
2006-present - banking address sent to parents house
2006-2010 - lived at parents house
Nov 2010-march 2011 - lived at shared house (with nothing in my name, at all)
April 2011-dec 2011 - lived in shared flat (council tax and sky in my name)
Dec 2011 - present - lived in shared flat (council tax, sky, insurance in my name. From November 2012 I have had a credit card and mobile phone registered to this address too).

I really have no clue what to do in terms of applying - what address am i really applying from? If I do an experian check, will it need all my addresses? I have a stable, well paid job with no outstanding debt (asides student loan) and have never missed payments etc. However, I've read quite a lot of negative bits around multiple addresses, and am having a good old worry.

Any tips/insights appreciated!
