Please can you help..Capquest claim account is not statute barred..what next?

Are you still with the same bank ? do you do your banking online ? if you do, you can trace your statements backwards for about 5 or 6 years I believe, if you order copies from your bank they may charge for this service, online, its free to look, if you simply cant remember making this payment then I would dispute it with crapquest stating that if this payment was actually made, it was made without your knowledge or consent, even if the account is SB it may not stop them attempting to gain payment from you, they will swear black is white if it suits them, if you cant get any joy just keep dragging your feet with them.
