    I haven't used my Barclays card reader for months and I still can pay my credit cards and login on a daily basis.

    If you want a branch with 'offices' then I'd say the driving factor is going to be which bank has branches located in the most convenient places for you to visit.

    Without us knowing where you live/work only you can decide that ....

    NB you will need your pinsentry to set this up. I don't recall ever using the pinsentry since setting this up.
