Royal Mail Share Application - Right to cancel? Please help!

Hi there,
I'm hoping someone has the answers and can help me! I accidentally made two applications online for a Royal Mail share and can't find any information anywhere on whether I have the right to cancel one of them or if that money is now lost.
My one hope is that I know each person is only allowed one share. But i've already been charged for both applications.

Can't answe the question but i tried to apply and it wouldn't take my bank card ! Tried again again again . Cancelled the process and tried to do it again , same problem !0
