carseatcovers.co.uk - Avoid!

Just a heads up for anyone thinking of buying from carseatcovers.co.uk - don't, they are a complete bunch of cowboys.
I ordered a set of seat covers in July with a 1 week lead time, three weeks later I emailed to see what was going on. They replied quickly, asking for my postcode (apparently my order number wasn't enough information for them to find my order). I gave them my postcode, and nothing. I emailed a week later to cancel and got another quick reply, telling me that my covers had already been cut so I could only have a 75% refund. They also promised to post my covers that day. After another couple of weeks of having my emails ignored (I tried phoning, too - the phone number given on their order confirmation doesn't work and their general number claims to be for new orders only. I ignored that and was told that the person I needed to speak wasn't there) I gave up and started a charge back with my credit card company. On Wednesday I got a credit memo from carseatcovers.co.uk with a mysterious £2.31 adjustment deduction on it. I queried it, but funnily enough haven't had a reply. Yesterday I got a refund from my card company, so this debacle hasn't cost me anything apart from time.
Hopefully this will save people the hassle of a charge back when your order doesn't show up.

I agree, avoid this company they are still doing the same thing.
They say their delivery is 7 working days, I've not been waiting more that 80.
The don't answer the phone but i did get a reply to one of my mails telling me the seat pattern has been cut and I've to wait another 29 days.
Have started to claim the cash back though the credit card company.0
