My neighbour is going to fit a radiator for me. I am buying it and accessories so he won't have to fork out. (He is a pensioner, but still runs his own electricity business ). It is a 5ft x 3ft radiator, and he says will take him about half a day. He hasn't asked for any money and seems embarrassed when i mention it to him. I want to pay the going rate, not looking for a cheapie, just a good job after a really bad experience from a boiler fitter. Can anybody give me any idea how much to give him.
