Ooh that took me a while to catch up. BIG HUGS to all those that need them xxx :grouphug:

Hello to all the new challengers. Good luck and I am sure you will find this thread addictive and helpful. We are all here for you.

The food bank scheme is awesome and I donate food every chance I can get. I figure if we can add a small amount extra in our trolleys for others then karma will come around and people will help us when it is most needed. It makes me feel happy to pop in and drop off a bag of goodies every few weeks.

On my money making...I sold a jacket on ebay but they said it was not them that bid and can i cancel the auction! grrr. So item relisted and now has new bids on. I am trying the set price with best offer option and my there are some cheeky bargain hunters out there! I have just refused a few necky offers! I will hold out for more money as the items are worth it.
I ended up with just £4.19 from this weeks ebay.

I posted the item and found a £5 on the post office floor :D result! :j:j:j
I then found 1p on the floor outside the 99p store (obviously someone thought their product was worth £1 really)... Thank-you to the roadkill faeries.

I am out today but will be ebaying and carbooting tomorrow in a crazed fashion...must raise my millions asap...

Good luck to everyone in their money making and in general too xxx

ooh adding in an extra £12.83 from ebay as I just got one of my buy it now dresses sold whilst forum surfing :)

Hi, can I join in with this challenge please? I really need to make at least an extra £150 per month to reduce my DFD to the end of next year at the latest whilst still allowing us to save a little. I've previously discounted joining this challenge because I thought there was no way I could ever make that amount. In all honestly, I think I was taking the lazy approach. I've been reading the September thread and am so inspired by you all! I hope Ive got the gist of it but Im sure you will keep me right :D

Can I go for £5 per day for now please whilst I get the hang of this? Ive already made quite a chunk towards that:
    • £70.00 refund of bank charges ((I've never been charged before and only went £9 overdrawn from a bill being higher than expected). This is to go towards another bill and means I wont go overdrawn again from them taking it in the first place so hopefully I can include this (?))
    • £7.00 from returning some winter boots I was bought for my birthday and choosing some different ones that were cheaper
    • £5.88 from sweeping my accounts (interest etc) and paid to round down my cc's to the nearest £1
    • £3.46 roadkill (its a lot because I've rummaged in the bottom of handbags for change and DH likes to leave little piles of change lying around so his pockets aren't quite so full)
I have a couple of items listed on ebay that have bids so will definitely sell. I also made £1.92 yesterday on crowdology and have 2 tops to return to the shops so will add those as and when I get the money.

Thanks. I checked my inbox and I have free listings too! Apparently you have to accept the offer in your inbox in order to activate them. An there are no get out clauses-you can list directly or using seller tools and they still give you the free listings!
I have already put a few up. :T
